We're a local association of chefs united by the common goal of sharing knowledge, supporting the local culinary industry, mentoring young chefs, promoting education opportunities for aspiring chefs, fostering fellowship, and engaging and strengthening the Central Illinois community as a whole.
2020 ACF Central Region Chapter of the Year!
Under the outstanding leadership of President Jeff Duval, our chapter was recognized as the American Culinary Federation's Central Region Chapter of the year. Chef Duval brought about many changes during his tenure including our first ever Chef Harvest event! Many thanks to Chef Golda Ewalt for preparing the presentation and submitting it to the National Office!
